The Bradford B. Post Company is a full service General Contractor and Fine Home Builder. We build custom homes and additions in Southern Maine and in the Greater Portland area. Our work also includes thoughtful renovations and restorations of existing homes. Maine communities we typically work in include: Portland, South Portland, Falmouth, Yarmouth, Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland, Windham and the Lakes Region. We are very concerned with providing healthy, energy efficient homes and offer a wide variety of green building options.
We specialize in the construction of classic New England Architecture, such as: shingle style, farmhouse style, cottage and bungalow styles. We also build eclectic contemporary style homes that draw from the rich landscape of America's architecture.
Being a small residential construction company allows us to focus personal attention on the special needs of our customers. We usually take on a maximum of 3 to 5 projects per year.
